THERAPY
Lilly - LSW
Hello! My name is Lillian (Lilly) and I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. My clinical experience includes working with women, college students, and children/adolescents in navigating various mental health challenges, including problems related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief, as well as interpersonal and relationship concerns, academic and financial difficulties, and general life stressors.
I believe that one of the most important things in the therapy process is the collaborative therapeutic relationship. I take a warm, person-centered approach to intervention that appeals to each individual’s needs. I aim to make the therapy space as inclusive and comfortable as possible, working with the individual to build an environment most conducive to their healing. I take an empathetic, eclectic approach to do this, utilizing interventions such as motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and narrative techniques.
Sometimes, therapy can be a really intimidating process. We may feel unsure of where to begin or what it may look like. My goal is to make therapy more approachable. To work with you in co-creating a supportive, non-judgemental space for you to reflect on your experiences at your own pace, and to utilize your strengths to develop your goals and be able to confidently create meaningful change in your life.
