THERAPY

Caleb- LSW

I'm a Licensed Social Worker with 3 years of experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, traumas, addiction, and developmental disabilities like ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I utilize a client-centered, relational approach.

Therapy to me is an opportunity for the client and therapist to democratically co-create a space in which they can together define what change is needed. In our society which leaves so little room for mindfulness, therapy is the only space devoted to slowing down and centering the person's mind and psyche. My primary modality is psychodynamic theory, but I utilize an eclectic approach overall.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I'm experienced in helping children, teens, and young adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. I have also worked with adults of all ages experiencing traumatic disorders, addictions, chronic illnesses, and disabilities.

Together, I hope we can develop a plan for change. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the first step to meaningful growth, and I will work hard to ensure we have a shared, judgment-free space for you to process anything you wish to bring to therapy.
