THERAPY

Darlene - LSW

I am a Licensed Social Work in the state of Pennsylvania & Licensed Master's in Social Work in the State of Delaware. I worked with geriatric, adults, teens/young adults. I have years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My approach is empathetic, compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, my primary approach is focused on strength perspective and attempting to tailor my therapeutic approach to uniquely address my client’s needs.

I believe that therapy is a safe space that allows an individual to express their needs and wants in a non-judgemental environment to foster growth and individualized development. I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Client-Centered Therapy, to empower my clients in achieving their goals and creating lasting change. I work with individuals [families/children] to improve emotional regulation, enhance relationships, heal from trauma, and foster growth and self-healing.

I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief and loss. I am also experienced with geriatric, adults, teens, and people from diverse backgrounds.

If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about the process. I look forward to developing a rapport in which you can feel heard in a safe, open, non-judgmental environment.
