“There’s work out there.”

About this career:

Practice Coordinator – Hybrid / Remote (Downtown Philadelphia & Remote)

At Free to Live Counseling Services, we believe exceptional mental health care starts with exceptional support. Behind every meaningful client–therapist connection is a team that keeps the practice organized, responsive, and welcoming. We’re not your typical mental health practice. We’re collaborative, client-focused, and committed to creating systems that make quality care easier to access and deliver.

Now, we’re looking for a Practice Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Philadelphia, PA, with the flexibility to work from home. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced mental health practice.

What We Offer:

Flexible Remote Work – Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while remaining an integral part of a growing mental health practice.

Meaningful Work – Your work directly impacts the client experience, helping people connect with the right therapist and access the care they need.

Collaborative Environment – Work alongside therapists, leadership, and administrative team members who value communication, teamwork, and client-centered support.

Growth Opportunities – Gain experience across scheduling, client intake, practice operations, insurance coordination, and administrative workflows while growing with an expanding practice.

Purpose & Impact – Every interaction matters. From helping a new client schedule their first appointment to supporting therapists behind the scenes, your work helps create a smoother experience for everyone.

What You Bring:

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with clients, therapists, and external partners.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, follow-up, and managing multiple priorities.

Comfort with technology, electronic health records, practice management systems, email, phone systems, and other administrative tools.

The ability to support new client intake, therapist–client matching, appointment coordination, and ongoing communication with clients and clinicians.

A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential client and practice information.

An interest in mental health or behavioral healthcare and familiarity with basic clinical terminology. Formal clinical credentials are welcome but not required.

Prior experience in a healthcare, counseling, behavioral health, medical, or other client-service environment is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Postsecondary education in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.

Why Us?

Because the work behind the scenes matters just as much as the work that happens in the therapy room. At Free to Live Counseling Services, the Practice Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for both clients and clinicians.

You’ll help keep the practice moving—from coordinating appointments and responding to client questions to supporting therapists, maintaining accurate records, and helping improve the systems we use every day. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas, and grow alongside a practice that is committed to making mental health care more accessible, personal, and effective.

If you’re organized, people-focused, adaptable, and excited to be part of a growing mental health practice, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today. Let’s make a difference together.
